Slowly But Surely

Dear Friends,
After a few days of being unconnected as we moved residences, Rebecca and I now have internet service again. We are getting settled into our new house--slowly but surely. It may be a while before I'm fully back into the swing of things. So please bear with me, and keep checking back.
May you all be blessed.

Signing Off for Now

Dear Friends,
Rebecca and I are busily packing up our house in Palmyra and getting ready to move. The moving van will be arriving early Wednesday morning, June 25. So until then, it's non-stop work. To keep me on task, I am "signing-off" from blogging until after we get moved into our new house. It will probably beearly July until I am able to post again. I have plenty of blog entries "in the bullpen", so be prepared for some entertaining and inspiring posts this summer. Until then, take care and God bless!

TPT: from Mr. Rogers

I must admit that I am a big fan of Mr. Fred Rogers! Even though it's been 5 years (and a few months) since he passed away, Mr. Rogers' kind and caring personality, along with his message of hope and encouragement, will continue to be an inspiration for all time.

Here's a quote from Mr. Rogers that I found today while reading the May 2008 issue of Bits and Pieces.

As human beings, our job in life is to help people realize how rare and valuable each one of us really is, that each of us has something that no one else has--or ever will have--something inside that is unique to all time. It's our job to encourage each other to discover that uniqueness and to provide ways of developing its expression. --Fred Rogers.
